Can I exchange any product?
Exchanges are controlled by the respective stores. The stores may offer exchanges on specific items. Many stores only provide a replacement if the product is received in a damaged condition or is not according to the specifications promised. Please send in an enquiry to the respective stores to check for the Exchange policy for specific products.
I made a payment that did not go through. What do I do now?
You will receive a mail which will intimate you about the date within which this money will be returned to you. Please do get in touch with us in case you do not receive this mail or if you do not receive a refund within the promised date.
I am in a hurry and want a product delivered quickly. Can I have this option?
Faster shipping options may be available at an additional cost for many products. Please send in an enquiry for the specific product you are interested to purchase. We will co-ordinate with the stores and let you know about the additional charges, if any, and also the earliest possible delivery time.
I was not there to collect my order when the delivery person came, what do I do now?
We will re-schedule the delivery to ensure you receive your product soon.
I want to change the address for my order. Is it possible?
Change of address for an order is possible before the shipment of the order generally. Please send in an enquiry immediately for change of address and will we do our best to get that done for you.
